HIDDEN IN THE UNHIDDEN
HIDDEN IN THE UNHIDDEN
a place where two realities coexist
a place where two realities coexist

“Hidden in the Unhidden” is a concept that reveals the duality of Paolo Stella’s life, creating a seamless fusion of two contrasting worlds: the dynamic energy of his social life and the tranquility of his personal routine.
This philosophy is embodied in his home, designed to adapt effortlessly to his shifting moods and needs. Built around three core pillar, flexibility, ambiance and transparency, the space transforms to reflect different moments, offering both an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and a peaceful sanctuary for solitude.
The Salvioni showroom mirrors this concept, crafted with the same principles of flexibility, ambiance and transparency. Designed to evoke the balance and harmony of Paolo’s home, the showroom invites visitors to connect with his lifestyle, revealing the delicate interplay between vibrant social engagement and restful solitude.

“I felt that people can’t really recognize me, they just see something of me, but not the full me”

PROJECT INFORMATIONS

The project was developed in collaboration with Paolo Stella and Salvioni Showroom. The objective was to design both Paolo Stella’s private residence, with a focus on the living area, including the living room and dining room, as well as the shop window for Salvioni Showroom in Via Durini, Milan. The partnership with Salvioni offered a unique opportunity to collaborate with prestigious brands such as Moroso, Gallotti & Radice, Baxter, Oluce, Wallpepper and Roberto Molteni. Each brand provided a curated selection of products from which to choose, while also offering the flexibility to personalize textiles and wallpapers to align with the overall design vision.
